Yayoi is a gifted pianist who has
phenomenal piano technique. She is a famous pianist in Japan. Yayoi
showed exceptional musical talent at the age of 5 and became one of the
greatest pianists in Japan by the age of 17.
This CD is Yayoi Yoshida's debut in the United States.
The CD contains years of effort, it consists of music that is
comforting and elegant, making you feel healed and relaxed . Many well
known musicians have participated in making of this production, such as
Lenny
Castro on percussion, Vinne Colaiuta as a Drs, Hubert Laws
on flut and Kirk Whalum on
saxophone and more.
A famous R&B singer,Chante
Moore, on two songs. Grammy Award Al
Shumit is the engineer for this CD.
The CD was recorded in Capital Studio in Hollywood .
This is a picture of Yayoi and Lenny Castro.
In the recording of these songs Yayoi
played Bosendorfer Imperial Piano hence the sound qualty of the
recording is superb.
